We want you to love your sleep, which is why we offer a 90-night trial on our mattresses to ensure you have found the perfect fit for your body and sleep style. If you are not completely satisfied within your trial period, our dedicated sleep experts are here to assist with a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Wait for the Break-In Period

  We ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the unique pressure-relieving material.

  Contact Customer Support

  If you are still not satisfied after the 30-night break-in period, call our Sleep Experts to initiate your return authorization.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a local logistics partner to schedule a convenient time to remove the mattress from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the mattress has been successfully picked up and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or return fees.
